What internet speed do I need?
VoIP calls use approximately 80–100 Kbps per simultaneous call. A standard broadband connection handles 20+ calls comfortably. We recommend a wired or strong Wi-Fi connection for best quality.
Can I add or remove users mid-month?
Absolutely. Users are added or removed instantly from your dashboard. We pro-rate billing to the day, so you only pay for what you actually use.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
At the end of your trial, you choose a plan and enter billing details. If you decide not to continue, everything is deleted — no charges, no hassle. We'll also export all your recordings and data on request.
